Our story

A goal big enough to need God.

madenew started with a question: what would it look like to set a goal so large that, if it actually came true, the only honest explanation would be God?

Not a stretch goal. Not a brave goal. A goal so far outside what two people could deliver on their own that the day it lands, no one in the room can keep a straight face and call it a coincidence.

So we built one.

The three numbers are the measurable shape of the next three years. Underneath them we're building the long-term thing, a community, a body of work, and a home that all outlive any one campaign.

    The Grass is Greener.

    Weekly conversations on faith, contentment, and the slow work of being made new, with the artists, pastors, and ordinary people quietly doing it.

    Sunday Worship Club.

    Bible study, worship, and baptism nights, a real community for the people walking with us week to week.

  • The Brand

    A clothing line worth wearing.

    Made carefully, sold honestly, with the margin going back into the mission instead of into a bigger building.

  • In Five Years

    The first madenew church.

    Planted in the Pacific Northwest of Washington, the first of many. From there, more along the West Coast, then anywhere across the U.S. where the right partnership and team take root.

  • And more, as the work calls for it.

03 · The call

A call we
couldn't argue with.

The two of us felt this on the level you don't argue with. Not a hunch, not a hobby, not a season. A call to take real ownership of expanding the Kingdom, with our actual hours and our actual lives.

Our time here is short. We want to change as many lives as we can with the years we've got, and put what we make back into the One we're working for.

That's the whole posture. Everything else is just the work.
